Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Evolving Technet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from consulting recommendations, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other mandatory law. For paid engagements, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless a proposal states otherwise.
