Fees follow the shape of the engagement. Most work is quoted as a fixed project; shorter workshops use a day rate.
How we price
Operational improvement consulting for service-based businesses rarely fits a single menu price. Scope depends on sites, number of interviewees, and whether we need travel days. The figures below are starting points so you can plan before a discovery call.
Operations Review
From NZD 8,400
Fixed project fee for a single-site firm under 25 people. Multi-site or larger teams are scoped after discovery. Includes fieldwork, written brief, and delivery session. Travel outside Auckland is itemised separately.
Capacity Planning Session
From NZD 2,800
Half-day or full-day facilitated workshop with prep and a one-page summary. Full-day sessions for larger rosters sit toward the upper end of the range.
Delivery Standards Clinic
From NZD 4,200
Two working sessions, a standards sheet for one service line, and one revision round. Extra service lines are quoted as add-ons.
What changes the estimate
- Number of physical sites and travel days
- How many supervisors need interviews
- Whether records are scattered across paper and several calendars
- Parallel change programmes already running in the business
What we do not offer
We do not sell monthly software licences, retainers that sit idle, or “unlimited advice” packages. If ongoing support is useful after a review, we propose a defined number of check-in sessions with a clear end date.
